Full Price Rugs - Full price rugs may be returned within 5 days for store credit only.  Shipping costs will not be credited.  

Sale Rugs - All sale rugs are final sale and may not be returned.

Custom Rugs - Once a custom rug is purchased, you will receive a size-specific rendering of what your rug pattern will look like.  Once this rendering is approved by you, the sale is final.  The custom rug may not be returned once approved.  

Approvals - We allow rugs to be taken on approval for 24 hours if you are in the Greenville, SC area.
